Hey, just checking up, is 13 years old is the age limit to register a board? Or can a member of a board be 13 and under? (I'm 15, incase any of you are suspicious, :P) |

You could be 8 and register a board. Of course, it'd be closed. According to the TOS, 13 is the minumum age. |

As apart of the COPPA regulations, no one under 13 can join any board without the concent of a legal guardian. Find out more |

Yeah, I knew, just checking that out, there's some 12 years old, who joined my board, but my rules clearly state that no one under the age of 13 may join and if they do, there account will be removed. I feel bad about doing it, but I need to. He then re-registered and kidded on to be someone else when his IP and e-mail matched, (lmao) sorry, but it gets better,  |

if u really want to be evil you can say "Sure i'll do it, but i'll have to know what sites it'll be hosted on for copyright reasons" then when he tells u for what sites they are you e-mail the admins of those sites and inform them that the kid is only 12 years old and they should ban him if they wish not to commit illegal activities  where's a devil emoticon when u need one? |

 Well, if you need to get tid of some underage members, simply make a topic: "How old are you?" and wait for someone to 'accidently' say they're underage.
