DuffMan is 18, legally an adult.

Legally. Well, my grandpa said 18 year old people and 19 year-old people are still teens :arr:

How old is your grandpa?
Mine would never have said that, since 18 year olds, and even 15 year olds, were fighting and dying in the military.
That you can be expected to kill and die, yet you can't legally have a beer, is just another of the many utterly stupid things about America.

although, legally drinking isn't as fun as illegally drinking.

True, for the most part.
Which is one of the reasons why drugs and alcohol should be legal and have no legal age restrictions. :r
Other than the fact that a government has no business whatsoever determining such restrictions, much less enforcing them. :arr:

It seems to me that the terms of severice and law must be upheld until the very day someone would turn 13.
