I know how to get him to leave... If you have a news ticker at the top of your forum, just rip on him, make him mad enough to type an illegible final post and leave... I've seen forums do this to people and it works very well :r. Also, it's surprising, but most people do make 'final posts'. You can never read them cause they're normally something like this:

he must have a fully static IP...=/ u can ban his ISP but that would also get rid of all the other ppl using the same one....other than that tho, theres nothing u can do that i know of =\=\=\=\ there was a guy like that on a board i go to that kept sending disgusting pictures to everyone...through PM and making new accounts over and over again...... |

of course, and it would get him to leave lol. You could on top of that put everybody in a special group and give them offline capabilities till the arse leaves for good. He has to get bored eventually. |

I'd say restrict his priviliges as much as possible and just ignore him... People like that usually thrive on arguments and intrigues and stealing other people's time... if he's not getting any attention hopefully he will go away. Being condescending in a polite and patient way usually works well with those kind of types too... when he realizes you will not get into a heated debate or that he can't piss you off that will tick him off... the more friendly and patient you act, the more he will be in dispair. An 'oh my, I had never though about it that way... interesting point' and just closing his topic will probably be more effective in discouraging him than deleting his posts. What ever you do I hope you get him to leave, he sounds like a real jerk <_< |

Just turn on email validation. And then make it so that there can only be an email can only be used once. This way he will have to keep creating email accounts. And thats just plain annoying. Also increase flood control. |

No I mean, If he is in a forum flood group it means he is in a group of people, usually hundreds, and will systematicaly flood your forum,hack it, crack it, and anything else! but there rare so he might not! basically when its over you don't have anything that resembles a forum anymore!

Note the extremely I added in. We're aware of these people and they are being dealt with when cought.  Never assume morons who won't leave you alone are part of these groups as it's likely they are not, most will make it clear that they are from the beginning anyway.And no, they do not hack. They usually crack into forums with weak passwords.
