We don't know if she's alive or not because her husband has warehoused her and refused to allow her therapy, or a CT scan to see if her brain is active. Her family wants her to live, and wants her to get the therapy she needs, but her husband wants her to die. He wanted her to live until he received a million-dollar judgement in a case relating to her...

 I just say that I want Terri herself to choose what she wants to do.
Just because her husband says "I want her to be dead" doesn't mean that she can be put to rest without her feeding tube.
Let her decide on what she wants to do. Not us, or her husband. Because they aren't Terri Shiavo.

Once I'm legally old enough (not sure how old that is), I'm writing a living will, because I definately don't all this fighting to happen.

The problem with that is that she can't talk, and is for all intensive purposes unconscious, and has bene for a few decades.

 She can communicate by writing down on a piece of paper, but that's the only cummunication.
She actaully has been in that state since 1990.
All I have to say is that we can't decide on what her future is. A vast majority of members here haven't even met or seen anyone related to Terri.
So hush. :P

I said a "living will," which is where you say whether you would want to be kept alive in a state like this or not.

 i voted she lives. shes not legally dead anyway. and plus euthanasia is sick, and disgusting. i live in florida, (jacksonville) and her husband is a chavunist pig that wants only her money.

 well, i dont think that about her husband, that may be the case but i would assume that he wants her dead because of all of the problems he is having, and the imminse hardships, yes he loves her, but his love is different from her parrents...
