 Isn't this a support forum? Yet I can never get a question answered quikly or fully. There needs to be way more profesionals helping out in support!

 The best time to ask for support is when there aren't that many members on the board.....


I basically had the full attention of a staff member.....I really did appreciate all the help he was giving me......

I think I'll start a respect list because of that help.....

 I just read your question. You did seem to be getting good replies, but I think your biggest problem was the way you asked the question. You may need to be a bit clear. It took 10 minutes for you to get a reply 30 minutes to get a solution, and an hour till you understood the problem. That's not that long.
