This kid on my board said he would get 12 people from his school to sign up, and then asked me to be root admin, I laughed hysterically.

Well, just install the COPPA system in your forum. This will work if he is under 13 asuming he is honest about his age when he first signs up.

 Lol, because I said kid doesn't mean he's under 13, he's 17 I think (don't know I barely talk to him and I know him in real life outside the internet). He told me he'll get 12 of his friends to sign up and to make him administrator. There, I hope it all clear now =)

 I had a guy sign up at my forum with the username "I want to be admin"... lol. Then, when I told him no, and he started being an idiot, I banned his username, for the good of the forum. Then he registered as "I want to be admin2"... lol.

There's this guy on my site...he asks me to be an admin EVERY time he is on...it is our forum's policy not to ban people, but we've tried suspending, mod queing, warning, the whole deal; he is STILL at it! He has less than 0% chance of ever becoming admin now, yet he persists. He was almost made admin, but his temper and whining stopped him. My GOD, I HATE when members beg for positions of power.

just block his pms and if hes a real nuesence you must do what is right and ban his ### off

 Lol, that reminds me of this other time, when I had all the messenger stuff available on my site when someone IM'd me and was like if I gave her admin CP access she could get the site known to many people, later in the conversation I found out she was 11, haha.
