Of course. That's why it's against the rules. Going out of your way to report posts and such isn't really a good idea. For the most part, a moderator will come across them anyway and take care of them without any help, but if you happen to be in a topic and notice a rule or two being broken, you can report that. Though little things like topics being in the wrong forum or something I wouldn't worry about, but major stuff that should be deleted as soon as possible should be reported whenever you see it, unless you see a mod is already in the topic, of course.

Yeah I've had plenty of people bugging me to be a mod on my forum and it's making me pissed. Now if anyone asks me to be a mod I say no and I'll never accept them to be one. |

This kid on my board said he would get 12 people from his school to sign up, and then asked me to be root admin, I laughed hysterically. |

Well, if people are bugging you about being mod you may have to get tough and block their ip address and ban them. Though you should warn them first. Oh and if they are banned and keep bugging you you can ban their ip, or ban their email. You may not want to do this, but if worse comes to worse you may have to. |
