The BNP Manifesto 2005

That actually scares me.

Interesting.
Seems a little xenophobic, to say the least.
I'd have to agree with the premise of the bit about guns, though I don't think anyone should be required to keep one.
Maybe given an incentive of some sort to though.

I definitely do not agree with the terms of 'liberal' and 'conservative.' But, in the vote, I chose liberal.

Conseratives are not very 'conservative' especially when it comes to government funding. Liberals are not very 'liberal' since they do not agree with gay marriages. (i personally do not agree/disagree with banned gay marriages, i personally couldn't care less)

Isn't there anything to the left of new labour that you guys can vote for?

I found this link, if I were a brit I'd go for those: http://www.respectcoalition.org/elect/index.php

I just voted in the danish election few months back and I voted for 'Enhedslisten' (The Unity List) a small leftwing party... they did get a few seats too. I'm not a big fan of the danish state, but I like that our election system allows for smaller parties to stand a chance too.
Luckily we don't have anything like the BNP trying to get elected (YUCK!) but we do have a very right-wing and xenophobic party in parliament that out goverment builds it's majority on... *barfs*
