Tut, all those spelling mistakes. People will simply drop dead on their feet.

Step1: Agreed. Non standard abreviations like OMG tis iz de bes forum eva, is pretty annoying.

Step2: Also agreed. However it is mroe important not to have too many forums on the front page, because it can amke the forum too complex for the user.

Step3: I agree. Although if the admins are there for a particular reason then you might get away with it.

Step4: I never change the post count

Step5: Grammar doesn't matter. As long as the post is easily readable and makes sense then it is fine.

Step6: You can get members posting by doing something outrages, like starting an argument, or changing the board skin to pink (and leaving it there)

Step7: Only the bad codes do. Why would experienced users dislike them?

If you go to a site and see a ton of arcade and RPG hacks, some more experinced users know that this is just to waste the users time and keep them on the site. This is pointless, you should be able to keep members on the site without cheap ploy, and without slowing the load times.

 I disagree. I have a arcade and movie theater on my forum to keep my members there as long has possible and they all liked and enjoyed it. I noticed that before when it wasn't there i got only about 20posts a day when I added it I got around 50.....

 not really, smaller boards it makes them look... spammish, on later boardsw ith hundreds of membersm then yes, technically the admin can have the most posts, as long as its not an insane number.

On my old board, before i deleted it, my co-admin made it so that he had an 8,000,000+ post cound on a board with 101 posts.

This may be the case, but even if you are not giving out free post boosts younger members are more likely to post more and more, without regard for rules in order to boost up that number. Overall if your forum is targetting younger members 13 and below, then dont provide free post boosts. Above this level then i think it is acceptable and not misleading.
