It teaches you the basics. Darkbasic it was based of the basic lanuage. It is a great language to get started on. It teaches you all the tecnical jargon. |

Not really. Having learn't BASIC and QBasic a few years ago, i can't say that it did any good. Even VB is a better language to learn. |

not nessarlily das. some langauges could have the name of a similar language but have nothing to do with the lanague. take C# (c sharp) for example, it has the name C in it but does it have anything to do with C or C++, I don't think so. it's used to make websites, and more web site related things (I think) |

Actually, no. C# isn't really web related that much (if at all)l ![]() Thats things like PHP, ASP, ASP.NET, JSP, Java (applets can be run on websites), and JavaScript (although Javascript is client side, not server side, and isn;t really a programming language). |

isnt there a program that like helps you wrtie em ? i dont mean like a program whichc u open up punch in what you want and it give it 2 u just to have like a generator ... like the skin generator ifsz have ... so you go in and u specify something and it programs it for you and in the nd gives you the code ... |
