I said death. They lost the court case yesterday. Even BUSH couldn't stop it. Plus, why waste all the hospital's IV medication? :D Well, their loss, not mine... *Licks ice cream*

He's not killing her, he's preventing them and their foolish hope from keeping her body alive without a brain any longer.

Terri has some brain, or she would not be in good enough physical condition to live without food/warter as long as she has and do the things I saw on the vedio tapes.
Just a question of how much.

I don't always take the word of court/gov/authority as 100% gospel when deciding the fate of a citizen.

Till I am convinced beyond my reasonable doubt, I can't support the act of killing her.

Academic anyway...Her fate way out of our hands.

God bless her soul.

Last time I checked, she is a vegetable. I say death, don't stretch out her now almost non-existant life.

I now this mght sound wrong but I think they should have just pull the plug. Even if she did survive she was not going to live a normal life. Her husband now has a girlfriend, kids, and is planning to marry his girld friend. Why let her suffer even more. I think she has suffered enough.

this is a very tricky question...

on one hand, she should be laid to rest (she died today). She is brain dead, and will never recover. She cannot think, and is in a permenant vegitative (sp?) state. it is a waste of money and resources to keep her alive <-- thats brutal, i know, but its the dead truth

on the other hand, what if she could recover? What if she could talk again? What if by some miracle, she gets better? Its enough for me to think she should stay alive. However, her family should make the decision, and im not the one to make it for them.

unfortunately, she died today, but maybe its for the best

Terri Schiavo died today.

It's a hard decision to make whether she should of lived or died. She had endured so much pain... feeding tube... If she lived she would have the horrible memory of being on the brink of death with so much pain.

I heard it wasn't her husband that helped her and argue but her parents. That is sad...

She couldn't though. And that would require keeping everyone alive for as long as is possible, not really a good pratice.

And her family, the legal guardian, did make the choice.

And the courts saw that it wasn't their place to make the choice, but rather to uphold the one taken.
