I've used IE, Avant, Netscape, Firefox, and Slimbrowser and out of them I must say that I perfer Firefox and Avant. I like the fact that Avant has all the controls of IE but I also like that Firefox has less clutter and so many customization options. |

I wonder if anyone will vote for the other 2 browsers. I heard that about 20% of users use Netscape, but now I'm thinking differently! |

thank you BnBlaze for supporting slimbrowser. i seriously doubt i shall ever truely use another browser ever agin except for at work and at school where we are only allowed to use IE. but for every computer i hop on, i always DL it. |

I've read a leak from Microsoft stating that they will release a patch for standard CSS for IE7 AFTER it's initial release. Still though, Firefox has it's advantages, as does IE. I just use firefox because of my own preference. |

:huh: One of the reasons I like Avant is its lack of clutter, compared to Firefox. I have a good 25% more buttons, links, search boxes, and whatever on 3 toolbars in Avant, than I do on 4 toolbars in Firefox. Maybe I just haven't figured it out yet, but I can't put stuff where I want to in Firefox like I can in Avant. Plus, in Avant, I can run at true fullscreen and the toolbars will all appear when I run my mouse to the top edge of the screen, like the taskbar does when set to auto-hide.  One thing I just now found out about in Firefox that's really cool though, is when you're using the Eyedropper aspect of ColorZilla, it's nice enough to tell you whether you're pointing it at .pformleft or #userlinks or whatever, as well as the color. Nice for skinning, I would think.  Bah! Firefox just crashed on me, with several tabs open, costing me the post I'd been making, among other things, and this is the second time in 3 days. *PhranK flings poo at Firefox |

Obviously, Ie is the most used due to it being used with FireFox. But then, since the recent Adware that I can't get off on Ie that gives me a pop-up at every page i go, I use Firefox |

For a while I didn't know about it myself. If everyone knew about it I think Firefox would be the most widely used browser instead of IE. |
