I can't help you if I don't understand you.

I know I haven't been here for long but I came here to help folks. I've noticed that about 70% of the members that want help take only a few seconds to make their post. I like to help these fellows in need but I can't figure out a single thing most of you are saying. I know that you could put in a few more seconds and make a few things grammatically correct, maybe even a few words spelled correctly. I'm not trying to complain or boss I'm just saying that the only way I can help is if I can understand you, I think I talk for most of the other members here.

Welcome to our world. :/

I guess most who come here to ask one question don't take time to read through anything we post and thus just make a quick topic. I'm pretty sure I've seen quite a few topics titled "HELP!" which actually only say "OMG HEEEEEEEEEELP" in the actual post.

*Jay is so glad he's purple. :P

Yeah, maybe one day I'll be purple too. ^_^
But yeah, pretty much all they say is "HELP ME I DON"T KNOW WHAT TO DO!!!" without ever even thinking of telling us what the problem is.

Some of the tickets we get are funny too.

We urge members to be descriptive, both in their posts and topic titles, however many fail to read the bold print above each forum.

Well, most of these people feel that they are more important while in times of need. They get a strong feeling of discomfort when things aren't right and they can't fix it so they go into a panic.
That's what I think anyways.

Oh yeah. I can't stand some of the tickets, support forum questions actually aren't half bad the whole time, so in other words: you haven't seen nothing yet :/

A lot of them which are simply incomprehensible I just leave. Half the time I can't be doing with people that don't even bother explaining themselves. If you want help from me, ask me something I can understand first of all. In addition to that you also get the stupid questions. Some I just leave out of disbelief. It's amazing the stupid things people can come up with, and I can't be bothered half the time to explain that what they're asking for is physically impossible.

Never mind about the topic titles, a half-decriptive post would be decent sometimes :/

I'm also surprised by the ammount of people who want god like things done to their board. What's even worse is that they ask for something god like in gibberish.

i know. but i couldn't resist. sorry.

it's great that you wanna help. i tried. and gave up.

the noobs were driving me nuts.

problems like "marc, my xp isn't working!" and "I can't play any games. help!" stopped me from offering help.

don't mind me. i'm just bitter.

Welcome to the real world. Nothing has caused me to lose more faith in the world's intelligence than working here for 2 and a half years.

I talked in the staff room about implementing a policy to close all topics that weren't descriptive, but people thought it was too anal. So I dunno what to do. Any ideas?
